‘Pigroast and BBQ are certainly the premiere choice for outdoor catering in the Home Counties. Delicious crispy crackling, our own special rubs and marinades, optional versions of our range of homemade stuffings, various salads and delicious desserts make every occasion super special... A truly gastronomic event. Cooked in our unique way in our top of the range gas powered machines, you are always guaranteed superior quality food, cooked according to all the latest health and safety standards.
Our qualified, certified chefs and cooks will roast wild boar from Scotland, or fresh
fish and shell fish flown in daily from around the world; Prawn, barramundi, lobster,
green lip mussels and more -
Oxfordshire Chicken, Bronze Turkey or a local venison from the important Whychwood Project, or perhaps 31 day hung local beef. Hot smoked and cold smoked foods, from the Upton Smokery at Burford (i.e. Hot Kiln Smoked Salmon) combined with hickory wood chips on our charcoal kettle BBQ which flavours the slow cooked meat, such as Sirloin of English Beef .
Without doubt our food is some of the most delicious tasting food you will ever eat., which is probably why we were featured last year in the Mail on Sunday Colour supplement, and chosen by the likes of International best selling Author, Mr. Philip Pullman, for his family Garden Party.
